Purchasing Management

  Major Responsibilities

  Define procurement strategies and formulate procurement strategies;;; ;;;;

  Supplier relationship management, prepare and participate in major negotiation of strategic suppliers;;; ;;;;

  Optimize the procurement process;;; ;;;;

  Budget planning with the strategic / Financial Planning Department of the material management and operation;;; ;;;;

  Coordination of responsible procurement contents and interface department;;; ;;;;

  Responsible for the procurement of key procurement materials;;; ;;;;

  Assist in the preparation of the procurement budget;;; ;;;;

  Participate in supplier information analysis, selection and evaluation, and supplier assessment;;; ;;;;

  Coordination of responsible procurement contents and interface departments;;; ;;;;

  Order: supply material requirement plan to supplier under order form. Make order in purchasing related system and maintain progress schedule of framework agreement;;; ;;;;

  Order tracking: tracking and ordering goods in transit;;; ;;;;

  Invoice registerion:processing the invoice after examination and approval;;; ;;;;

  Payment application: check the invoices for the arrival date;;; ;;;;

  Clearing accounts: clearing accounts at the end of the month;;; ;;;;

  Supplier performance evaluation: supplier delivery and service evaluation;;; ;;;;

  Import customs clearance: provide necessary customs clearance information to customs broker to assist customs clearance (for import business);;; ;;;;

  Contract management:sending and registering daily contracts;;; ;;;;

  Supplier file management:unified maintenance system supplier, update supplier information;;; ;;;;

  Price management:maintenance of the price system;;; ;;;;

  Technical agreement management: unified management of all technical agreements of the procurement department;;; ;;;;

  Compliance with corporate compliance policy, sustainability policy and risk management;;; ;;;;

  Cooperate with logistics department to reduce inventory level and optimize inventory management;;; ;;;;

  Monitoring and improving the management of claims;;; ;;;;

  Other important data statistics.

  Requirements:

  Bachelor degree above in mechanic/ finance or relatively;;; ;;;;

  Above five years working experience in Automotive industry.;;; ;;;;

  Team management experienceand good team spirit;;; ;;;;

  Strong responsibility,loyaty, willpower and patience;;; ;;;;

  Result oriented and strong communication skills both oral and written;;; ;;;;

  Minimum bi-lingual (English required) .
