　　Challenges
　　You are in charge for the Establishment and Development of the Quality Management System,as well as the implementation and maintenance of the certification of the management system.
　　You are the contact for the fulfillment of the contractual agreed service quality between the customer and us.
　　The planning, organization and control of all processes within the quality assurance according the requirements are part of your role as well as the monitoring and analysis of the quality KPI’s.
　　Securing that all processes required for the QM –System will be implemented realized and continuously improved and comply with the requirements of the superior management system.
　　Improvement of the motivation for quality especially by use of training and information of employee’s incl. awareness of quality and customer requirements within the entire organization.
　　As well as all tasks resulting from corporate requirements with regard to the implementation and further development of the quality management system.

　　Qualification
　　Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Quality Management, Production technics orindustrial engineering.
　　Technical certification or qualification as QMB Prefer ably several years practical and management experience in the field of quality management/ assurance.
　　Qualificationas internal auditor according IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3 and are firm with relevant norms and Automotive core tools as well as other CSR relevant VDA -Chapter.
　　Fluent english skills.
　　Flexible for temporary business trips and trainings.
　　MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Project, Word,).
　　Structured mindset with high ability for self-assertion and communication skills.
　　Remuneration and Welfare
　　15k/month* 12months + 1month performance bonus (15k, by the end of the year)，，，，，Social insurance and house funding Qualifications.
　　Shuttle bus.

　　岗位要求
　　机械、质量治理、生产工艺或工业工程等领域的学士及以上学位；；；；；；； ；
　　质量治理领域的手艺职称或从业资格(QMB)；；；；；；； ；
　　在质量治理、质保等领域内有多年实操或治理履历者优先；；；；；；； ；
　　凭证IATF 16949（国际汽车质量治理系统标准）或VDA 6.3（德国汽车工业质量标准第三部分：历程审核标准），，，，，拥有内部审核员资格；；；；；；； ；严酷遵守德国汽车工业质量标准(VDA) 中关于企业社会责任的其他准则；；；；；；； ；
　　流利的英语能力；；；；；；； ；
　　可无邪安排时间举行差旅、培训；；；；；；； ；
　　掌握Office系列办公软件（Excel、Power Point、Project、Word等）使用手艺；；；；；；； ；
　　拥有结构化头脑，，，，，具有高度主见和无邪的相同技巧。。。。。。。。
