• 以知足生产为目的,凭证公司生产需求制订原质料采购妄想；；；；；同时凭证客户需求，，，，，，制订入口商业件的采购及物流妄想。。。。。

Making prematerial purchasing plan object to production demand; Makingtrading parts purchasing and delivery plan according to the customer request.

• 确保原质料、入口商业件实时到厂，，，，，，知足公司生产及运营需要；；；；；

Make sure pre-material and trading parts delivery in time and meet companydemand.

• 跟踪质料及商业件的运输状态，，，，，，并做响应纪录；；；；；

Chasing the shipping status of pre-material and trading parts, keepingrecords accordingly.

• 评估及解决所有供应问题；；；；；

Evaluate and drive resolution on all material supply issues

• 以最优的运输方法安排所需原质料，，，，，，商业件，，，，，，维修备件等实时到厂，，，，，，阻止逾额运费。。。。。实时完成入口质料的报关，，，，，，通关事情。。。。。

Using the best transportation option to arrange material, trading parts,spare parts etc arrives in time, avoid premium freight.  Finishing the customs clearance job in time.

• 加入内部与外部本钱节俭项目；；；；；

Participate in cost and cycle time reduction internally and externally.

• 供应商按期评价及商务谈判；；；；；

Suppliers’ evaluations as well as business negotiation etc.

• 由司理分派的其他使命

Other tasks assigned by linemanager.

 

任职要求

• 最低学历要求 Minimum EducationRequirements:

本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above;

• 最低履历要求 Minimum ExperienceRequirements:

3年以上外资企业采购履历

At least 3 years purchasing experience in foreign enterprise;

• 必备手艺与特质Essential Skills& Characteristics:

熟练掌握MS Office, 有SAP履历及收支口报关履历者优先

Good command of MS Office, SAP, import & export declaration workingexperience preferable;

• 优异的中英文相同能力

Good communication skill in Chinese & English;

• 具有团队精神

Good Team player

• 客户为导向的意识

Strong customer-orientated sense.
